Steel Master's A.P.R. System consists of:

1. Steel Master Transfer, Inc. patented Flex-Veyor modular conveyor frame work as a means of chain and pallet guidance.
2. One of the more advanced side flexing Rexnord plastic or steel chain as a form of transfer which has the ability to turn corners.
3. A basic pallet design which allows a standard pallet with almost any kind of tooling for the means of handling your products.
4. Our own around the end conveyance technology which allows a controlled transfer of pallets for a free floating accumulation of parts on top and empty re-circulation of pallets on the return side of the conveyor.
5. Steel Master's own escapements, locating stations and any other system logic required to facilitate your needs.
6. Steel Master's technical expertise in formulating a concept to meet your handling needs.
7. Other applications are:

1. In lieu of walking beams or shuttles
2. Just in time application with minimum storage
3. Manual loads or simple pick and place applications.
