Pump-up

The Pump-up shown above was designed and built by STEEL MASTER TRANSFER, INC. for a transmission component. The unit raises parts to the desired elevation. This can be for further processing such as gravity track or elevations to clear obstacles. Parts are carried up the pump-up in a carriage attached to guide shafts and raised by a  pneumatic cylinder. This picture shows independent dual over under lanes for a total of four lanes in and four lanes out. Optional pneumatic pushers are shown at the discharge. These units can have variable options such as ladders and hoop, platforms, guard switches, etc.
