Bi-Flow Conveyor

The Multi-Lane, Dual Bi-Flow, First In - First Out Conveyor shown above was designed and built by STEEL MASTER TRANSFER, INC. for a transmission manufacturing plant. The part being handled is a Front Carrier Hub. Alternately manually loaded and serving as a buffer between operations, it consists of shared drives, escapements and automatic roll-over orienting devices controlled by a pneumatic over electric controller. A motor starter panel is also mounted to the unit. Construction is of structural steel framing with adjustable legs.
