Pick & Place

The Magnetic Pick and Place Unloading Device for clutch the plates shown above was designed and built by Steel Master Transfer, Inc. for a transmission manufacturing plant. This unit is constructed of flexible, blue tempered spring steel roller bearing tracking mounted to a heavy duty square tubular steel frame. The unit also includes the following pneumatic devices; pallet meter, pallet crowder and a pallet puller to recirculate empty pallets to a manual load and unload station. This unit is controlled by pneumatic air logic.
